The Space

The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The apartment is boasts a full-size kitchen, a bathroom equipped with bathroom supplies and a hairdryer, as well as a dual washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, including a microwave, and an coffee capsule machine.

But the real gem of our apartment is the spacious backyard garden, which is shared with our guests. You can relax under the shade of the pomegranate tree, enjoy sunbathing on the provided chairs, or have a drink at the wooden bar. The garden also features a comfortable bench for reading or enjoying the fresh air. And if you're in the mood for a movie night, you can use the full HD projector (available upon request) which is set up in the garden. And best of all, the beautiful Koum Kapi beach is just 30 meters away from our apartment, making it the perfect location for your stay in Chania.

Our guests have access to the whole apartment and the backyard garden. The garden is shared with the guests staying in our Oasis apartment next door and each apartment gets a private space with a table and chairs in the garden.We provide the option of booking our two self-contained apartments to enjoy holidays with friends or other family membersin a joint listing.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is one of the old historical neighborhoods of the city of Chania. Offers direct access to the Venetian port and the city of Chania on foot. The apartment is located in the city center but you also enjoy the peace and quiet of a neighborhood with old and new houses harmoniously matched.The Kum Kapi Beach as well as restaurants, cafeterias and bars are all just a breath away from our apartment!

There are 2 parking spaces available just a few meters from the house. One is free and the other paying a fee. Of course there is parking right outside the house on the street or in adjacent streets.
